    Harry Kane has reiterated his belief that the Ballon d’Or should primarily recognise team achievements rather than pure goal tallies, in a clear reference to the ongoing debate surrounding the prestigious award.

    Speaking ahead of Bayern Munich’s Champions League clash, the England captain pointed to recent voting trends, noting that players from trophy-laden sides have consistently outperformed those with superior individual statistics when the two metrics diverge.
